So let me paint you a picture of this weekend – I’ve been working every day. Not that this is terribly new or anything, but I’ve noticed a trend. When I work a lot I don’t really do much that inspires me to take pictures. Sitting around after a long day of work watching TV and hanging out with my sweetheart doesn’t really seem to warrant photos. Today I am going to take my camera (er … Scott’s camera) with me on my day – to work and then to Wedge. So I will have photos for you later.
In the mean time, here are some photos of our plants and the strawberries that Philip’s dad brought to our waffle party yesterday morning.
Friday, April 27, 2012: My venus fly trap is doing well! See the tiny little baby trap in the very middle of the plant? It just keeps growing and growing!
Saturday, April 28, 2012: These are the delicious farmers’ market fresh strawberries that Philip’s dad brought us. They are so good. Fresh and local really is the way to go – there’s just no comparison to store-bought strawberries.
